NWKFHS Research Centre/Library is to open on Friday 22nd February. The Library at located at Summerhouse Drive, Joydens Wood Estate, Bexley, DA5 2EE is normally open every Wednesday for both Members and non members of the Society to carry out Family History research.
The complete collection of books and other reference material is now available on open shelves. This includes microfiche, data CD's. Much of this material is available for loan to members. We have computers with Internet access, this includes Ancestry and other on-line genealogical databases.
The Wednesday opening has been so successful that it has been decided to see if the number of days should be extended. The Library is to be open on Friday the 22nd February, 2013 to see if visitors would find this a convenient day. Society Library and Resource Centre
NWKFHS will also be at Mottingham Library – Drop in session on 13 February, 2013. The Library is located at 31 Mottingham Road, Mottingham SE9 4QZ. If you are in the area why not call and have a chat with one of our Volunteers.
